Не грузится плагин [ModernPluginLoadingStrategy] Could not load 'plugins/GPSQuests-4.0.jar' in 'plugins'

Друзья помогите пожалуйста, перестал запускаться плагин GPS Quests, Не понимаю ошибку. подскажите что как. Ядро Paper 1.19.4  java 17
