Проблема с сервером

Не могу запустить сервер с модами, не понимаю, в чем проблема.

1)Тут я все сделал как надо, но ничего не изменилось. Думаю, проблема  в другом

2)Мы даже пробовали с лицензий, но не получается, требуется помощь

3)Порты не открываются

1. Вам нужно иметь аккаунт на сайте ely.by 
2. Скачать и запустить http://tlaun.ch/exe 
3. Зайти в настройки → Аккаунты → Войти через ely.by 
4. Отключить брандмауэр Windows и Аваст (если есть) 
5. В Хамачи создать идентификатор и дать другу войти в него 
6. В Minecraft создать мир и нажать "Открыть для сети" 
7. Дать IP от хамачи и дописать порт, который дала игра 

У вас должна быть одна и таж версия и теже моды

Необязательно юзать Hamachi.

Моды бывают разные) Пробуйте ставить разные версии , с разных источников. Бывают модификации которые имеют специальные версии для сервера , как например Millenaire.
